The boat
Departing from Papeete in French Polynesia, Kori Odyssey crew will sail accross 15,000 kilometers to meet the water stakeholders of the Pacific Ocean.
Boarding on the 38-foot catamaran Bella Blue, Kori Odyssey, for an entire year, will sail in the Tuamotu Archipelago, the Cook Islands, Nuié, the Kingdom of Tonga, Fiji, Wallis & Futuna, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Nauru, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and eventually New Caledonia. The objective of the trip is to discuss and collect feedback and technical needs from governments, municipalities, citizens, NGOs and every water stakeholders, to support the utilities in integrating renewable water treatement programs on the national water strategy for remote islands.
